Canadian by birth, Washington by choice. Proud parent of six amazing kids (I may be a little biased)! The Elks are an amazing fit for me, charity, community, brotherhood and all the things that are true to me. With the Elks I have found not only a home, but my chosen family. I am super proud to have my partner in crime along for the journey; Thank You Bill, and thank you Bremerton Elks.

I was born and raised in Bremerton, and have been an Elk for 7 years. I love volunteering and being part of a community steeped in history, rich in tradition, and plentiful in camaraderie. I joined because my family has been members for years, but stayed for the community outreach, the friendship that I've formed and the skills I've learned. My favorite volunteer opportunities were the scholarship committee, and lights on holiday party committee.

I have lived in the Bremerton area since 1997. Being a military brat I have lived a few different places growing up and even though I was born in San Francisco, Bremerton is my home. I have been an Elks member for 15 years and I have loved every minute! The Elks is like a second family to me. You will find me working in the lodge office as a office assistant, helping my 20 year old daughter navigate adulthood or chasing after my 5 year old who keeps me busy (and tired).
